Pharmaco has organized Emergency First Aid Traini ng course on Saturday 13th May 2017 and Wednesday 24th May 2017 at a nominal price of £50.00 per person. As we have limited places available, kindly let us have the names of anyone from your organisation who would like to attend as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment. The training will be conducted by professionals namely First Aid Training & Event Cover Ltd and will be held at our Head Office at the following address:

Emergency First Aid Course Details of training are as follows:

  • Primary and secondary survey- DRABC. Dealing with unconscious casualties and First Aid priorities
  • Basic life support- Resuscitation (CPR) & Introduction to AED (Automated External Defibrillation)
  • Choking – Airway obstructions
  • Bleeding – minor and major
  • Causes of Unconsciousness – head injuries/ concussion, heart conditions (heart attack, angina, chest pain), shock, anaphylaxis (allergic reactions), poisoning/ drug overdose, epilepsy ( seizures), diabetes (hypo & hyper)
  • Fractures, dislocations, strains & sprains (ligaments & muscles)
  • Burns & scalds (minor & major)
  • Eye injuries (foreign objects, lacerations & chemicals)
  • Electrical Shock

The training session will commence at 9.00 a.m. and will finish approximately at 4.30 p.m. The cost of training is only £50.00 + vat per person which includes refreshments and lunch.
